An answer for everyone. The long tour of E-distribuzione campers in Abruzzo and Marche assisting consumers affected by the exceptional wave of bad weather in January has ended in Pietracamela, Teramo.
From Civitella del Tronto (Teramo) to Torrevecchia Teatina (Chieti), from Castignano (Ascoli) to Pianella (Pescara) and Monte San Martino (Macerata), more than 9,000 people have been assisted at the mobile counters made available in more than 80 - very often small and mountainous - municipalities.
An extraordinary commitment that replicates the efforts fielded by E-distribuzione, the Enel Group company that manages the medium and low voltage electrical networks, in the weeks of the snow blizzard, an event not equaled over the past 60 years that paralysed the roads of these two regions for several days. A thousand six hundred technicians from all over Italy operated day and night in almost impossible working conditions to restore the network, with special means and generators.
More than 36,000 extra indemnity applications have been sent so far to E-distribuzione, which will continue to assist consumers at its counters in Pescara, Teramo, Chieti, Vasto, Lanciano, Giulianova and Ascoli Piceno, open from 8.30am to 1pm and from 2 to 3:30pm, from Monday to Friday.
The service will also be provided through the E-distribuzione.it website, with a section for the snow emergency where it is possible to fill out the online form and attach documents. Consumers can also use the toll-free number 800085577, available from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
