Through the QuiEnel service, operations relating to electricity contracts can be performed at the outlets of the Italian Post.

Rome, October 15, 2003 – In post offices equipped with the “QuiEnel” service it will be possible to carry out operations relating to electricity contracts. Customers going to one of these post offices will be able to request a new contract, change or cancel their contract, communicate meter readings, obtain documentation of bill payment and information about electricity consumption and payments.

One can also modify the contract’s capacity and billing address, obtain a quotation for the cost of moving a meter, and order new connections for worksites and other interventions.

For all these services, assistance will be provided by post office personnel trained by Enel Distribuzione.

The initiative will initially include 20 post offices, spread across the country, and will then be extended to many others.
