Rome, December 1, 2010 – Enel Green Power S.p.A. (“EGP”) announces that this afternoon the company’s top management held a conference call with financial analysts to discuss the framework measures set out in the draft legislative decree implementing Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 23, 2009 on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources.

During the conference call, management only addressed the technical aspects of the draft legislative decree – with no analysis of the effects that the measure could have on the performance and financial position of EGP – with a special focus on the expected evolution of the incentive systems for renewable sources.
