Rome, April 13th, 2011 Enel Green Power S.p.A. hereby informs that some institutional investors of the Company mentioned below filed certain candidacies in view of the integration of the board of directors put on the agenda of the Shareholders Meeting in ordinary session convened on next April 27, 2011, on first call, and, if necessary, on April 28, 2011, on second call.
Specifically, the institutional investors Arca Sgr, Eurizon Capital Sgr, Mediolanum International Funds Sgr, Prima Sgr e Pioneer Asset Management Sgr, filed the following candidacies:
1. Luca Anderlini
2. Daniele Umberto Santosuosso
3. Laura Iris Ferro
All candidates stated to hold the requisites of reputation as established by the legislation, and independence as established by the legislation and the Code of Corporate Governance of the listed companies promoted by Borsa Italiana S.p.A..
