Furthermore, please be informed that the report on corporate governance and ownership structure for the year 2010, containing information on Enel Green Powers adherence to the Code of Corporate Governance of listed companies promoted by Borsa Italiana and additional information required under current laws and regulations, is available to the public as of today at Enel Green Powers registered office and in the relevant section of Enel Green Powers internet website (www.enelgreenpower.com, section About us/Governance/ our corporate governance system) and on Borsa Italianas internet website (www.borsaitalia.it).
This report is furthermore included as an appendix to the draft separate financial statements of Enel Green Power S.p.A. and consolidated financial statements of the Enel Green Power Group for the year 2010.
