Rome, February 7th, 2013 Enel Green Power has connected to the grid the new wind farm located in Bagaladi, in the province of Reggio Calabria.
The Bagaladi Motta Montebello wind farm is comprised of 33 turbines of 0.85 MW each, for a total installed capacity of 28 MW. Once fully operational, the wind farm will be able to generate more than 50 million kWh each year.
With the addition of the Bagaladi Motta Montebello wind farm, EGPs wind installed capacity in Italy is now over 700 MW.
