Rome, April 18th, 2014 - Enel Green Power S.p.A. hereby informs that the shareholders mentioned below have filed, within the terms set forth by applicable laws, two slates of candidates for the office of Statutory Auditor, in view of the renewal of the Companys Board of Statutory Auditors (whose term is expiring) put on the agenda at the General Shareholders Meeting convened on next May 13th, on single call.

- Slate No. 2 filed by the shareholders Fondazione E.N.P.A.M. Ente Nazionale di Previdenza ed Assistenza dei Medici e degli Odontoiatri and INARCASSA Cassa Nazionale Previdenza ed Assistenza per gli Ingegneri ed Architetti Liberi Professionisti, which together own approximately 1.50% of Enel Green Power S.p.A. share capital:

From May 19th 2014 to June 30th 2015, Enel S.p.A. used the authorized mechanism for the storage of regulated information denominated “1Info”, available at the address www.1info.it, managed by Computershare S.p.A. with registered office in Milan and authorized by Consob with resolution No. 18852 of April 9th, 2014.
