ENEL GREEN POWER: NEW MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPOINTED

Rome, April 2nd, 2015 – The Board of Directors of Enel Green Power S.p.A., which met today, acknowledged the resignation of Francesca Gostinelli as non executive Director of the Company, following her new role in Enel Group.

The Board of Directors has then placed on record its thanks to Francesca Gostinelli for her work done and has then appointed by cooptation Ludovica Parodi Borgia as non executive Director of the Company.

Ludovica Parodi Borgia has held until now the role of Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs Eastern Europe and Legal Assistance and Group Significant Litigation within Enel Group. Graduated in Law, she joined Enel Group in 2003, becoming, later, Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs of Enel Ingegneria & Innovazione and Head of Legal and Corporate Affairs of Enel Global Business Services & Global ICT.
