ENEL GREEN POWER APPOINTS NEW BOARD MEMBER

Rome, June 16th, 2015 – The Board of Directors of Enel Green Power S.p.A. met today to appoint by co-optation Francesca Romana Napolitano as non-executive Director of the company. She replaces Andrea Brentan, who resigned from the position in May 2015.

Francesca Romana Napolitano is currently the Head of Legal Affairs for the Enel Group’s Global Infrastructure and Networks Business Line. A law graduate, she joined the Enel Group in 2005, later becoming Enel Green Power’s Head of Corporate Governance, Finance and M&A, as well as Secretary of its Board of Directors.
