Rome, July 19th, 2022 – Enel S.p.A. (“Enel” or the “Company”) announces that between July 11th and 15th, 2022, it purchased 691,300 treasury shares at a volume-weighted average price of 5.0906 euros per share on the Euronext Milan market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., for a total consideration of 3,519,115.874 euros.
The transaction follows up on the announcement on June 16th, 2022, concerning the start of a share buyback program (the “Program”), implementing the authorization granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting held on May 19th, 2022, and resolved to serve the Long-Term Incentive Plan 2022.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary engaged to execute the purchases, the following table summarizes, in daily and aggregate form, Enel ordinary shares’ purchases carried out by the intermediary on the Euronext Milan market during the period indicated above:

Since the beginning of the Program, Enel has purchased 2,284,400 treasury shares (equal to 0.022469% of the share capital), for a total consideration of 11,984,716.344 euros. Considering the treasury shares already owned, Enel holds as of July 15th, 2022, a total of 7,173,552 treasury shares, equal to 0.070559% of the share capital.
