What is the ideal job for Italian college students? According to the 36,500 students of 39 Italian universities, Enel is among the most exciting companies where the "young talent" they fantasize best expresses their talents.

This was revealed by the Italy's ranking of most attractive employers, based on the 2016 Universum talent research, conducted by Universum, an international agency specialising in corporate strategies to attract the best talent.

According to the survey, Enel ranks seventh nationally for students attending degree courses in Engineering, Computer Science and Natural Sciences, before Amazon and Ferrero.

The talent Universum 2016 survey highlights the preference of youngsters enrolled in technical and engineering faculties interested the energy industry, followed by those wanting to work in research and academic institutions and the software industry and IT. A stimulating environment, creativity and dynamism are the characteristics that turn Enel into an attractive workplace according to these students.

Private and professional life must strike the right balance; these young people consider it a priority upon entering the world of work to integrate personal interests in their daily agenda, to be respected and to find a friendly work environment.
