Enel, Brindisi inquiry: launched following our complaint, we trust judicial work

Rome, May 5, 2017 - In connection with the arrest, this morning, of a number of employees in Brindisi, Enel points out that the enquiry by the Prosecutor's Office originates from the complaint filed in January by the Company itself.
During this period, Enel has consistently provided the Prosecutor of the Republic with every useful element to seek full clarity on the whole issue.
The Company has also adopted disciplinary measures, including dismissals, against employees regarding whom internal audits had already identified liability elements.
Enel trusts the judicial work and reaffirms its collaboration on the continuation of the investigation.
