Rome, March 6th, 2015 – With regard to the information published today in the Spanish digital newspaper El Confidencial on a possible delisting of Enel Green Power’s shares from the Spanish stock exchange (“Bolsa española”) and the subsequent concentration of related negotiations in the Italian stock exchange (“Borsa Italiana”), Enel Green Power S.p.A. informs that the Company analyses on a regular basis several alternative options in such regard but no specific decision has been taken yet.

Should any decision be taken by the competent corporate bodies, the market will be promptly informed by the Company.
